Hey I had the same issue- if you look to the left of the battery- there should be a little cave in for a black tag. You can try to get needle nose pliers to pull that up: it should look like it is stretching and about to break. I pried the battery out from the other side and it turns out that is an adhesive used to keep the battery stay in place.
@momopoco. I don''t know the phone but 4mm sounds a bit too wide. 2mm night be more appropriate. Although if I''m wrong, if you get the 4mm you should be able to cut it to the necessary size using a sharp single edge safety razor blade (example only to show what I mean) and a straight ruler.. The battery removal guide I linked has links that explain how to use the
I was fixing an old Samsung Gear S3 Frontier Watch, and I went to pry off the battery. It was glued in pretty good, and I figured I could use my stainless-steel precision tweezers to help chip away at the adhesive. Long story short I ended up piercing the Li-ion battery. I started to smell an order like nail polish shortly after the tweezers

The thing here is that the batteries are glued to the board so I think I''m gonna need some kind of glue remover or something like that, but obviously I need it to be "friendly" with the components and PCB protection layers. If you don't want to buy original one, just use some double sided tape or something. Just make sure the battery doesn't move around.
